NASA LPI Summer Internship Program 2025 in the USA (Fully Funded)

The NASA Lunar and Planetary Institute (LPI) Summer Internship Program is now open for applications for international students. This fully funded internship program offers undergraduate students from all over the world the chance to gain invaluable research experience in planetary science.

Financial Coverage

The NASA LPI Summer Internship Program offers comprehensive financial support:

  • Stipend: $8,056 USD to cover living, housing, and travel expenses
  • Additional Travel Support: Up to $1,500 USD for international applicants
  • Conference Support: Up to $1,000 USD (domestic) or $1,500 USD (international) if the intern submits an abstract to the Lunar and Planetary Science Conference as the first author

Eligibility Criteria
