Role Purpose:
Monitor head office operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures while maintaining sufficient internal controls.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Location: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Branch Banking Auditor
Role Purpose:
Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and internal control systems.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
- Locations: Mekelle, Jimma, and Hawassa District Offices
Position 3: Principal Branch Banking Auditor
Role Purpose:
Ensure branch operations adhere to bank policies and regulatory standards while maintaining robust internal controls.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as a Senior Branch Banking Auditor.
- Locations: Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Shire, Jimma, Dire Dawa, Hawassa, and Bahir Dar District Offices
