1. Specialist – General Accounts
- Job Grade: 7
- Duty Station: Head Office
- Availability: As soon as possible
Job Purpose:
To ensure the accuracy of all payments and supporting documents, maintain proper books of accounts and financial records, perform coding and posting activities, prepare monthly bank reconciliation, assist with external audits, and produce periodic financial reports.
Qualifications:
- MBA/MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2/4 years of relevant experience
- Certificates in Accounting Software, Ethiopian Tax Law, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and MS Office
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting
2. Associate – General Accounts
- Job Grade: 6
- Duty Station: Head Office
- Availability: As soon as possible
Job Purpose:
To verify the accuracy of payments and collection documents, assist with financial transactions, prepare tax settlement schedules, reconcile accounts, maintain fixed asset registers, and assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
Qualifications:
- MBA/MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Certificates in Accounting Software and MS Office
Required Skills:
- Accounting expertise
3. Junior – General Accounts
- Job Grade: 5
- Duty Station: Head Office
- Availability: As soon as possible
Job Purpose:
To manage payment and collection documents, maintain proper filing of documents, assist in coding and posting financial data, collect bank statements, and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- No experience required
- Certificates in Accounting Software and MS Office
