Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and managerial oversight for the USAID FFHPCT project.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, volunteers, and other partners.
- Lead the development and implementation of annual work plans and monitoring systems.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality reports and project documentation.
- Supervise regional coordinators, HIV service specialists, and other staff.
- Develop and oversee capacity-building initiatives for project staff.
- Engage in proposal writing and resource mobilization efforts.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with USAID regulations and administrative procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with government and donor agencies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BSc/Master’s degree in Public Health or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 9 years (BSc) or 6 years (Master’s) of professional experience in HIV project management.
- Experience with USAID-funded projects preferred.
- Supervisory experience of at least 3 years.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and government agencies.
Skills and Attributes

- Familiarity with USAID regulations and policies.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
