Position: Manager, Talent Programs and Partnership
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend HR policies and procedures.
- Design and implement talent programs, including leadership development, performance management, succession planning, coaching, mentoring, and career management.
- Propose a comprehensive compensation package for employees.
- Provide training on the Bank’s HR initiatives and ensure effective bank-wide implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Education: MSC, MA, BSC, or BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as a Principal HCM Officer or an equivalent position.
- Additional Preference: Experience in organizational methods and design.
