Position: Customer Service Manager I

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating the activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/Accounts). This role ensures operational excellence to deliver high customer satisfaction and supports the Bank’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide Customer Service Officers to ensure exemplary customer service.
  • Manage daily branch operations and promote high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement customer service improvements to support growth.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Management, Economics, or Business Administration.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking.
