Position 1: Human Resources Coordinator Assistant

Main Purpose of the Position:

  • Implement general HR administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor and fiscal regulations under the supervision of the HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, tax, and labor laws.
  • Conduct transparent recruitment activities, issue job offers, and assist in onboarding.
  • Manage contract-related tasks, payroll, and documentation.
  • Organize travel and permits for staff, handle guesthouse logistics, and supervise local support staff.
  • Assist HR team in recruitment processes, contract management, and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years, preferably with NGOs; knowledge of local labor regulations; strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, database management, and communication.
  • Language: English (B2) and local language proficiency.

Position 2: Learning and Development Specialist

Main Purpose of the Position:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain learning tools and plans in coordination with project leaders and HR managers to support employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct learning needs assessments, plan and execute training, and monitor learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with L&D Manager to develop and maintain L&D tools and ensure follow-ups on training implementation.
  • Conduct pre-, in-, and post-training evaluations and establish relationships with local training institutions.
  • Provide learning support and travel to projects as needed to ensure alignment with operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA in HR Management, Education Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in learning and development; experience in e-learning systems preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, digital platforms, and virtual learning environments.
  • Competencies: Strong in people management, strategic vision, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Language: English (B2) and local languages.
