Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
- Qualifications:
- BA or Diploma in Business or Social Sciences.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years for BA holders or 4 years for Diploma holders in microfinance operations.
- Location: Hawassa Branch.
Position 2: Manager, Finance & Accounts Department
- Qualifications:
- BA or MA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years for BA holders or 8 years for MA holders in finance management or related roles.
- Experience in microfinance is preferred.
- Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office).
