Position 1: Site Engineer
Job Purpose
Enhance construction project management by closely monitoring and managing designated project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure design plans are accurately implemented and collaborate with contractor representatives.
- Track and update the progress of assigned construction projects.
- Supervise daily progress and activities at project sites.
- Prepare and share regular project status updates (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Address and escalate issues as needed.
- Understand project scope and quality expectations.
- Advise on planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
- Conduct necessary inspections on ongoing construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of six (6) years as a Site Engineer in Real Estate Projects, with expertise in finishing work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position 2: Storekeeper
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
