Position: HR and Admin Assistant

Location: Jijiga, Ethiopia


Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Provide support to staff in interpreting HR policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain personnel files for new hires, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Keep employee files secure and updated (both digital and hard copies).
  • Manage monthly staff pension and payroll documentation.
  • Conduct and document exit management processes, including exit interviews.
  • Participate in recruitment activities: posting job positions, CV reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Maintain good relationships with external organizations and provide HR-related feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: No experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Language: Proficiency in the local language and excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • Ethical and professional conduct.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
