Position: Associate Customer and Driver Support

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage incoming calls regarding customer and driver transportation orders.
  • Resolve customer and driver complaints and escalate issues to team leaders or relevant departments as needed.
  • Provide service information to passengers and drivers.
  • Research and resolve complaints using company software.
  • Route calls appropriately and document all call information according to standard procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, Communication, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, especially in a call center environment.
  • Additional Training: Customer service or sales training is advantageous.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer literacy, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and sociability skills.
