Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
Experience:
3 years of relevant IT experience.
Experience in large organizations (e.g., Banks, NGOs) is preferable.
Competencies:
Familiarity with device troubleshooting and operating systems.
Basic networking knowledge and cybersecurity protocols.
IT service management and relevant laws (e.g., GDPR).
Workplace: Mekelle District Office.

Position Summary:
Align HR strategies with business goals, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Qualification:
BA or MA/MSc in Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience:
7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in managerial or supervisory HR roles.

Position Summary:
Lead and manage branch operations, customer service, and sales, while ensuring adherence to banking regulations and achieving branch goals.
Qualification:
BA or MA/MSc in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience:
6 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
Workplace: Homecho Branch, Hossana District.
