- Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the bank’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. - Qualification:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Experience:
- 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in large organizations (e.g., Banks, NGOs) is preferable.
- Competencies:
- Familiarity with device troubleshooting and operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge and cybersecurity protocols.
- IT service management and relevant laws (e.g., GDPR).

2. HR Business Partner (Two Positions)
- Position Summary:
Align HR strategies with business goals, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. - Qualification:
- BA or MA/MSc in Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in managerial or supervisory HR roles.

3. Branch Manager I
- Position Summary:
Lead and manage branch operations, customer service, and sales, while ensuring adherence to banking regulations and achieving branch goals. - Qualification:
- BA or MA/MSc in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 6 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Workplace: Homecho Branch, Hossana District.
