1. Business Intelligence and Analytics Officer

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Management Information System (Business Information System), or a Master’s in a Business-related field (an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the banking industry.
  • Job Summary:
    Responsible for supporting business intelligence and data analytics activities, identifying strategic opportunities to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01492/24)
  • Term of Employment: Permanent

2. Principal – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ marketing and research experience.
  • Job Summary:
    Plan and execute conventional banking products, prioritize customer requirements, and collaborate across departments to ensure products meet satisfaction goals. Analyze market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/01491/24)
  • Term of Employment: Permanent
