Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing internal audits, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies, evaluating risk management processes, and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • Master’s degree or professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years in auditing, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in audit software.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Location: Addis Ababa.

2. Human Resources Development Team Leader

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing HR development programs to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Management.
    • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years in HR development, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of adult learning and e-learning platforms.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.

    • 6 years in risk management, with 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in risk management tools and software.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.

Job Summary:

Safeguard the organization’s information systems against cyber threats, monitor risks, and enforce security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Experience:
    • 5 years in cybersecurity or related fields, with financial institutions experience as an advantage.
