Position: Branch Manager I (Top Urgent)

Job Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with the bank’s procedures, national regulations, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include organizing, leading, and controlling branch activities, coordinating sales and business development, and ensuring customer service excellence. Additionally, the Branch Manager will prepare annual budgets, work plans, and reports, and actively engage with the local community to promote bank services.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or an equivalent role.
