VisionFund Microfinance Institution (S.C) is seeking qualified and competent applicants for the following position. VisionFund is dedicated to providing financial services to the productive poor in rural and urban areas across Ethiopia. The institution is currently operating in five regional states and invites applications for the role of Intermediate Customer Service Officer.
Position: Intermediate Customer Service Officer
- Salary: 20,001 – 30,000 ETB
- Number of Vacancies: 3
- Location: CN – Merkato, Kotobe, and Ayat Branch offices
- Employment Type: Permanent
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: TVET/College Diploma in Economics, Management, Marketing, Public Administration, Rural Development, Cooperative, Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of practical credit or related work experience.
- Skills:
- Strong initiative and perseverance with a determined personality.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Willingness to adhere to and live by the organization’s core values.
- Knowledge in economic and financial topics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
