Tibeb Design & Build PLC is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join their team as an HR Intern – Documentation & Archive.

Position: HR Intern – Documentation & Archive

Location: Addis Ababa
Department: HR


Role Purpose

The HR Intern will assist the HR department in managing and organizing employee records, ensuring secure and accurate filing, and maintaining the HR archive system. Key responsibilities include digitizing records, updating databases, and supporting various administrative tasks related to record-keeping and data management.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital employee records
  • Support the digitization of documents and uploading into the HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
  • Facilitate the issuance of ID cards and events within the HR department
  • Assist in collecting and preparing timesheets and HR documentation reports

Skills and Educational Background

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Other Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and learning agility
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
