1. Branch Manager II
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as Branch Manager I or in a similar position.
- Job Grade: IX
2. Branch Manager III
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as Branch Manager II or in a similar position.
- Job Grade: X
3. Executive Secretary (Administrative Assistant)
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Administrative Science or related fields, OR
- Diploma (Level IV) with certificate of competency in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administrative Office and Secretarial Technology, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 1 year of relevant experience for BA Degree holders, OR
- 4 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders, with at least 2 years as Secretary II.
- Job Grade: VII
- Skills:
- Ability to coordinate and direct activities effectively,
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Executive Officer, Resources Management
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Banking and Insurance, Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields. ACII or LOMA certification preferred.
- Experience:
- 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position in core insurance areas.
- Job Grade: XIV
- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the company’s finance, human, and material resources,
- Supervising financial operations, maintaining books of accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies,
- Overseeing human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws,
- Providing general administrative services and submitting periodical reports.
