Lucy Insurance S.C. invites interested and qualified applicants for the following positions in the insurance sector.

Lucy Insurance S.C. was established in 2012 by 39 visionary shareholders, with a paid-up capital of Birr 8,035,000. The company aims to be one of the top five private insurance companies in Ethiopia by 2030, providing affordable insurance products through various marketing channels.



1. Office Administrator/ Cashier I

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Qualification:

  • Diploma/Level 4 in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting, or ICT from a recognized college

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashier

2. Store Keeper

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Level 4/Level 3 in Purchasing & Supply Management, Accounting, or HR Management

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

3. Digital Marketing & Promotion Officer I

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Qualification:

  • BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Marketing Management, Statistics, or related fields from a recognized institution
  • Preferably a certificate in Graphics Design

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

4. Branch Manager I

  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Quantity: 3 positions

Qualification:

  • BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations, with 2 years in a supervisory/senior position

5. Main Branch Manager

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Qualification:

  • BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance operations, with 4 years in a supervisory position

6. Finance & Investment Director

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Qualification:

  • BA/BSc degree, preferably MA/MSc in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • ACCA certification is preferable

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a managerial position in the insurance sector
