Position Overview: Trainee Operator
Location: Ginchi, West Showa Zone
Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based, including night shifts)
Training Program: Includes machinery operation, maintenance, quality assurance, and safety protocols
As a Trainee Operator, you will learn and implement manufacturing processes, operate sophisticated equipment, and ensure quality standards are met at every production stage.
Academic Requirements and Skills Needed
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Food Engineering
- Food Science
- Industrial Engineering
- Industrial Chemistry
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Applied Chemistry
- Or: Level 5 TVET certificate with COC Level 4 in fields such as General Mechanics, Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Machine Drive
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Effective communication and a proactive attitude
- Basic technology and machinery operation skills (preferred but not required)
