Skills and Educational Background:
- Education:
- Second Degree (MA/MBA) in a Business-related field
- First Degree should also be in a Business-related field
- Experience: Minimum of two years of work experience in a recognized organization
- Age: Not more than 35 years
- Additional Qualifications: Knowledge and training in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous
