Qualification & Experience:

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the customer service function at the branch and ensuring operational excellence to deliver high customer satisfaction, supporting the Bank’s growth.

2. Senior – Database Administrator
Qualification & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years in Database administration, with 3 years in a senior/equivalent role (preferably in the banking sector)
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in RDBMS technologies (DB2, Oracle, MS-SQL)
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (AIX, Linux), networks, and security
Job Summary:
Responsible for the usage, accuracy, security, maintenance, and development of the Bank’s computerized databases. Coordinates the creation and implementation of data management plans to ensure data integrity, backup, and security.

3. Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics
- Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role
Job Summary:
Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch. Ensure adherence to the Bank’s operating procedures, lead sales and customer service initiatives, and prepare annual budgets and progress reports.

4. Manager – Training Impact Assessment Division
Qualification & Experience:

Job Summary:
Lead the business intelligence and data analytics activities, identifying opportunities to help the Bank grow profitably and stay ahead of competitors.

Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or Management Information System
