1. Branch Manager I

  • Location: Butajira Branch

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities at the branch. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies, regulatory directives, and national laws. Additionally, the Branch Manager will drive sales and business development efforts, oversee customer service, and ensure operational excellence. The manager will also participate in community activities to promote the Bank’s services.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in a Bank, with at least one (1) year as Customer Services Manager or in an equivalent role.
