1. Liaison Officer
- Location: Bole, Addis Ababa
- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Organize meetings and manage schedules.
- Address issues or conflicts that arise between parties.
- Prepare reports on activities and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience as a liaison officer.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Accountant
- Location: Bole, Addis Ababa
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process transactions such as accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
- Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Logistics Coordinator
- Location: Bole, Addis Ababa
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate customs clearance with logistics agents.
- Resolve logistical issues and delays.
- Maintain shipping documents and customs paperwork.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
- Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of logistics experience, including customs clearance.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian customs procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics software and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills.
