1. Branch Manager III

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager III is responsible for supporting the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling its products, marketing new offerings, acquiring and retaining customers, and ensuring continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency within the Branch.


Skill and Educational Background:

  • Educational Requirement: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Master’s degree holders: 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree holders: 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least one year of experience should be at the level of Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Branches under Shire District
