Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and fostering growth within the Business Development and Customer Engagement department. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and address challenges proactively to support business growth by maximizing customer value and creating long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
