1. Administration Officer
- Qualification: MBA or BA Degree
- Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role
- Skills:
- Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties, including managing office operations and supporting various departments.
2. Sales Supervisor / Showroom Head
- Qualification: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and 2 years in a supervisory role as a showroom head.
- Reporting to: Finance Admin & General Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, promoting the company’s services.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information.
- Engage in sales activities such as cold calling and networking.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets.
- Report sales activities to the General Manager and evaluate employees every 3 months for HR review.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
