Location: Addis Ababa
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify and engage potential customers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and address any concerns.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly or daily reports on tasks completed to the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Graduates of 2023/24.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Amharic.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work on the move around the city.
