  • BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or equivalent.
  • Place of Work:
  • Sela Dingay and Dima branches.

2. Attorney I

  • Educational Background:
  • LLB in Law.
  • Experience:
  • 1 year of experience as Attorney I, banking experience is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • For East District, proficiency in speaking and writing Afan Oromo is advantageous.
  • Place of Work:
  • Head Office and East District (Adarna).

3. Branch Manager I

  • Educational Background:
  • BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • 7 years of banking experience as Customer Service Officer and 2 years as Branch Manager or equivalent.
  • Place of Work:
  • Moyale, Dima, and Sela Dingay branches.

4. Assistant Branch Manager I

  • Educational Background:
  • BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • 5 years of banking experience as Customer Service Officer and 2 years as Assistant Branch Manager or equivalent.
  • Place of Work:
  • Gelemso, Sela Dingay, Dima, and Hirna branches.
