Position 1: Risk and Compliance Service Manager

Education Qualification: BA/BSc, MA/MBA/MSc in any Business fields.
Work Experience: At least 7 years of relevant work experience, with 2 years as a Senior Officer or equivalent.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Principal Risk and Compliance Officer

Education Qualification: BA/BSc, MA/MBA/MSc in any Business fields.
Work Experience: At least 6 years of relevant work experience in insurance companies, with 2 years as a Senior Risk Officer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Underwriting & Customer Service Division Head

Education Qualification: MA/BA/BSc/MBA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
Work Experience: At least 6-7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years as a Principal Underwriting & Customer Service Officer or equivalent.

Position 4: Cashier Secretary

Education Qualification: MA/BA/MBA in Management, Economics.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Position 5: Customer Relationship Management Officer I

Education Qualification: BA in Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, or other related fields.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.

Position 6: Senior Facility Officer

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience. Experience in the insurance sector and general services is advantageous.

Position 7: Digital Marketing Officer I

Education Qualification: BA in Marketing, Sales Management, or other related fields.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.

Position 8: Legal Officer I

Education Qualification: LLB & LLM.
Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior Legal Officer. Oromifa language is mandatory.

Position 9: Sales Officer I

Education Qualification: BA in Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, or other related fields.
Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior Sales Officer. Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.

Position 10: Senior Legal Officer

Education Qualification: LLB & LLM.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years as a Legal Officer II.

Position 11: Senior Engineering Officer

Education Qualification: MA/BSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in the insurance sector, with experience as a Surveyor II.

Position 12: Engineering Officer II / Surveyor II

Education Qualification: MA/BSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Work Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in the insurance sector, with 1 year as a Surveyor I.

Position 13: Branch Manager

Education Qualification: MA/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
Work Experience: At least 7 years of relevant work experience in the insurance sector, with 2 years as a Senior Officer or equivalent.
