1. Principal Officer, Performance Management

Job Description:

  • Assist in the development of strategy, policies, and procedures for planning and performance functions.
  • Produce and submit reports for immediate supervisors.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports for the division.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 1 year as a Senior Officer in a professional or expert role.
