Job Requirement:
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Eight/seven years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, with two years as Grade 4 city Branch Manager/Grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
- Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
- Team building skills.
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Written & spoken English proficiency.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Having a CII Diploma is an advantage.

Job Requirement:

3. Grade 4 Branch Manager

- Experience: Six years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, with two years in supervisory positions or three years as a senior officer.
- Knowledge & Skills:

- Team building skills.
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Written & spoken English proficiency.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Having a CII Diploma is an advantage.
