- Qualification & Experience:
MBA/MA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields with 8 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience as a trainer is mandatory, and evidence of this must be attached. Experience in areas such as Customer Accounts, Loan Processing, Customer Relationship Management, Interest-Free Banking, Core Banking Systems, Digital Banking, Trade Services, and Operational Compliance is advantageous. - Job Grade: XIV
