1. Executive Head of Department Indirect Sales – Enterprise Business Unit
Qualifications:
A. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
B. Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through indirect sales channels.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
C. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using CRM software, ERP systems, and other relevant sales and business tools.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
D. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Location: Addis Ababa
