National Insurance Company of Ethiopia (NICE), the first wholly privately owned insurance company established in post-1994 Ethiopia, is inviting qualified fresh graduates to apply for the following position:

1. Sales Agent

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completed 10th/12th standard and above.
  • Experience: Not required.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Extensive working relationships with various individuals or work institutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and quickly.
  • Training in marketing or sales is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Number of Positions: 50
  • Note:
  • Applicants must participate in a training program prepared by the National Bank of Ethiopia for 10 consecutive full days. Half (50%) of the training cost will be covered by the company, and the rest (50%) along with the cost of the license will be paid by the trainee.
  • Applicants should bring their CV, original and non-returnable photocopy of their educational certificates when applying.

Salary/Income:

  • Paid by commission (attractive commission rate).

  • Branch offices located in Addis Ababa and other cities outside Addis Ababa.
