- Customer and Supplier Engagement:

- Collect customer feedback and utilize it to improve business operations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Ensure clear roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- Provide training to health professionals on medical equipment.
- Visibility and Communication:
- Increase the company’s visibility through social media and the company website.
- Document activities and achievements and post them online.
- Communicate strategies and results throughout the organization.
- Process and KPI Management:
- Ensure business processes are up-to-date and efficient.
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) of new business activities.
Job Qualification:
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent Diploma or Certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a related field.
