Position: Field Sales Representative
Location: Kazanchis, Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to engage with potential clients and promote our real estate services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and participating in property viewings.
- Provide clients with detailed information about our properties and services.
- Collect and report feedback from clients to improve services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility in the field.
- Attend networking events to increase market presence and build contacts.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
