Lucy Insurance invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant positions:

1. Engineering Officer I

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance surveying or related survey activities.
  • Required Quantity: 2 positions.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

2. Attorney

  • Qualifications: LLB degree from a recognized university or college.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in legal activities or as an Attorney.
  • Place of Work: Mekelle.

3. Branch Manager I

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior position.
  • Place of Work: Dire Dawa.

4. Branch Manager I

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior position.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

5. Executive Secretary (Re-advertised)

  • Qualifications: BA degree in Management, Administrative Science, or a related field, or a College Diploma/TVET Level 4 in Secretarial Science.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience with a BA degree and 8 years with a Diploma in Secretarial and Office Management positions.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

6. Assistant Branch Manager (Re-advertised)

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
