Department: Supply Chain: Engineering/Maintenance

Job Purpose:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the site planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize the use of Maintenance Technicians and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure data are recorded and stored properly for maintenance management and spare part management system.
  • Ensure all materials have a material code on SAP, and make sure each material ordered, received, and issued uses the material code.
  • Lead the site UMS PM pillar.
  • Support Spare Parts Storekeeper where job responsibilities permit (e.g., by managing inventory, setting reorder points).
  • Lead the company CMMS programme.
  • Ensure the machine ledger, maintenance calendar, and standard maintenance procedures are available at all plants.
  • Communicate with local/international suppliers and order parts accordingly.
  • Work with Finance and Logistics teams to ensure suppliers are paid and items are delivered on time.
  • Follow up and control R&M costs weekly.
  • Implement PM Spare part management.
  • Ensure workshop items are delivered on time and with the required quality.

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous processing & packing manufacturing experience is highly appreciated.
  • Experience with database and spreadsheet software.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Expertise in working with engineering and computer-assisted design software.
