1. Customer Operation Officer

Job Summary:
Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships, and addressing customer queries. This role will concentrate on the company’s automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales agreements and ensure they are signed with legitimate parties.
  • Receive and respond to customer service inquiries about purchase orders, fees, and charges.
  • Handle inbound telephone calls from the sales team regarding products, return products, obtaining quotes, and assisting with all customer satisfaction-related inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in relation to specific satisfaction issues and/or sales follow-up calls.
  • Work with invoicing and collection officers to resolve payment issues as directed by the sales team.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping systems (both manually and electronically).
  • Prepare data, reports, and documents, and analyze information as required.
  • Participate in various field marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Business Management, Marketing Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in customer management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Initiative-taking, adaptive, and willing to teach and learn from others.
  • Willing to travel to various parts of Ethiopia for sales and promotional activities/events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, both written and verbal.

2. Manager, Marketing Branding and Communication

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute the promotional program and review its effectiveness continually.
  • Direct the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology to support and improve marketing operations.
  • Liaise with the marketing research and business development department to develop comprehensive long and short-term promotional programs.
  • Implement integrated marketing communications and public relations programs comprising media advertising, publicity programs, events, and other elements.
  • Oversee translation of creative briefs into advertising campaigns, media placement, purchasing, packaging art, website content, and track effectiveness.
  • Facilitate production of giveaway materials and follow up distribution.
  • Review content of the company’s website.
  • Facilitate marketing communications campaigns.
  • Develop procedures and enforce application of the company’s brand for use on all premises and promotional items.
  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Prepare drafts of the company’s social media strategy and policies.
  • Oversee e-marketing campaigns, including producing, writing, and distributing the company’s e-newsletters.
  • Edit marketing communication and promotional messages.
  • Liaise with other business areas on project-related activities requiring new web content/functionality.
  • Design and implement a range of online and offline communication roadmaps.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations, corporate newsletters, and social media content.
  • Review identified print and social media channels for targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize print, social media, and blog campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • MA in Marketing Management, MBA, or BA in Marketing Management or Business Management.
  • At least 6 years of work experience, with 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role for candidates with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or at least 8 years of work experience with 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing with a focus on branding and public communication.
  • Graphic designing skills.
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, both written and verbal.

3. Mobile App Developer

Job Summary:
Develop, test, and publish mobile applications on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Collaborate with developer teams to create high-quality mobile applications that provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for high-performance applications.
  • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.
  • Diagnose and fix performance issues and bugs.
  • Ensure designs comply with specifications.
  • Prepare and produce releases of the application.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating new technologies.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to brainstorm new features.
  • Write readable code, create documentation for existing code, and refactor previously written code.
  • Design, develop, and implement high-performing, scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Create intuitive UIs delivering exceptional user experience across all platforms.
  • Integrate with various APIs and third-party services.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure a bug-free app experience.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Flutter and Dart programming.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Mobile Development.
  • Proven experience building mobile applications with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Proficiency with development IDEs such as Android Studio, Android SDK, and Firebase Test Lab.
  • Experience using RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis, UML, and design using common design patterns.
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, and push notifications.
  • Familiarity with iOS integration with Flutter.
  • Experience using version control systems like GitHub.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
  • Track record of delivering successful complex consumer product apps.
  • Keen eye for design and the ability to translate UI/UX mockups into functional code.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
