Job Summary:
Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships, and addressing customer queries. This role will concentrate on the company’s automotive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales agreements and ensure they are signed with legitimate parties.
- Receive and respond to customer service inquiries about purchase orders, fees, and charges.

- Develop and execute the promotional program and review its effectiveness continually.
