1. Customer Operation Officer

Job Summary:
Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships, and addressing customer queries. This role will concentrate on the company’s automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales agreements and ensure they are signed with legitimate parties.
  • Receive and respond to customer service inquiries about purchase orders, fees, and charges.
  • Handle inbound telephone calls from the sales team regarding products, return products, obtaining quotes, and assisting with all customer satisfaction-related inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in relation to specific satisfaction issues and/or sales follow-up calls.
  • Work with invoicing and collection officers to resolve payment issues as directed by the sales team.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute the promotional program and review its effectiveness continually.
  • Direct the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology to support and improve marketing operations.
