Job Description:
- Serve as the owner of training operations and implementation, streamlining and managing all training delivery phases.
- Manage training schedules and resources.
- Possess excellent verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage trainees.
- Ensure the effective implementation of training courses, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve trainees’ learning experiences.
- Understand the responsibilities and assessment standards of a technical trainer.
- Implement and manage the training and teaching process to ensure high-quality and efficient training delivery operations.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Provide necessary training delivery operation support to customers.
- Develop and implement training schedules and delivery plans to ensure efficient and effective program execution.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer & Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
- Understanding of basic principles of learning and capability development, project management knowledge, and process development.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
