Position: HR Officer

Requirements:

Fresh Graduates of 2023/24.
BA Degree in Business Management.
Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Certification in Talent Management or any other HR fields is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Employment Documentation:

Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts.
Ensure all staff complete the required forms for employment.

Performance Management:

Ensure all staff have specific roles and receive performance evaluations as per the timeline.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Record Keeping:

Maintain updated and secure staff information and personnel files.
Keep and update staff leave records.

HR Support:

Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
