1. Position: Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations

Educational Background and Skills Required:

Minimum of a first degree from a recognized higher institution.
Preferably holds a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance, with at least 4 years in a managerial position in one or more core areas of General Insurance Operations.

2. Position: Risk and Compliance Service Manager

Educational Background and Skills Required:

3. Position: Audit and Inspection Service Manager

Educational Background and Skills Required:

BA in Accounting/Auditing.
7 years of experience (insurance experience is advantageous).

4. Position: Legal Officer III

Educational Background and Skills Required:

LLB in Law.
4 years of experience (insurance experience is advantageous).
Language: Proficiency in the Oromiffa language is mandatory.

5. Position: Senior Accountant

Educational Background and Skills Required:

BA in Accounting & Finance.
