• BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in accountant positions.

2. Branch Manager-I

• Educational Background:
• BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5 years of banking experience, with 2 years in accountant positions.
• Number Required: 4
• Location: Hawassa, Arba Minch, Wolaita, and Durame

3. Customer Service Officer (IFB)

• Educational Background:
• BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1 year of relevant banking experience.
• Number Required: 5
• Location: Addis Ababa
