Contact Center Advisor

Location: Addis Ababa

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Degree: BA Degree or Level V with COC in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Financial Accounts Management, Business Information System, Management Information System, and Accounting.
  • Graduation Year: Since 2013 E.C.
  • Experience: Not Required (Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and inquiries as per the service level agreement.
  • Propose improvements for tools and processes.
  • Maintain a positive mindset, proper behavior, discipline, and punctuality.
  • Prepare accurate individual reports about front-line activity.
  • Propose actions to optimize quality and productivity.
  • Develop skills to foster positive relationships with all types of customers.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Register/record each customer’s calling reasons accurately.
