1. Assistant Store Keeper
Location: Head Office at Kebena, Arada Sub City, Addis Ababa
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the job is to prepare store vouchers, maintain records of stock items, and assist the storekeeper in performing store management activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record receipts and issuance of store items.
- Prepare good receiving reports and store issue vouchers (SIV).
- Calculate purchase prices and quantities against purchase orders.
- Prepare statistical reports concerning receipts and issues of store items.
- Check receipts and issued items against bin card records.
- Keep store documents and records in safe custody.
- Participate in inventory taking.
- Check purchased items against purchase orders before receiving.
- Prepare statistical reports of stock items.
- Keep vouchers and other documents in safe custody.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Education: 10+3 or Level IV Diploma in Material Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Required Skills: Good communication skills.
