1. Accountant

Position Overview:
The position holder is responsible for reviewing payments, checking document compliance, ensuring procurement procedures are aligned, and generating reports accordingly.

Skills and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 3+ years of experience as an accountant in a construction company.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

2. Financial Analyst

• Location: Addis Ababa

Position Overview:
The job holder will evaluate financial and investment information for making recommendations on Fixed Assets, Securities, Subsidiaries, etc., and provide essential data for informed decision-making within the organization.

Skills and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 3-4 years of work experience.

3. Senior Attorney

• Location: Addis Ababa

Position Overview:
Under the direct supervision of the General Counsel, the Senior Attorney provides strategic legal counsel, handles complex legal matters including litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance, and mentors junior attorneys and legal staff.

Skills and Educational Background:

• LL.B or LL.M degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal practice, focusing on Construction law, Labor and Employment law, Corporate law, and Litigation.

4. Senior Accountant

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Vacancy Code: Finance 004/2024
• Required No: 3

Position Overview:
The Senior Accountant leads the day-to-day operational activities of the finance department, including payment preparation, cash book management, payroll administration, monthly tax declaration, and payment.

Skills and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5 years of related work experience, with 1 year at an international company being an added advantage.
• Experience in a construction firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures relevant to the construction industry in Ethiopia.
• Familiarity with local finance and accounting laws and regulations related to the construction sector.
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications, with advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, time management, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
