1. Office Secretary
Educational Background & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Affan Oromo, Amharic, and English.
Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in office equipment, software, and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

2. Fundraising and Research Expert
Educational Background & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, donor relations, or resource development.
Proven track record of securing significant gifts and grants from a diverse range of funding sources.
Excellent research, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising materials.
Proficient in the use of donor database software, research tools, and other relevant technologies.
Passion for the organization’s mission and a commitment to sustainability and growth.
3. Web and Social Media Officer
Educational Background & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in website management, social media marketing, and digital content creation.
Proficient in using a variety of content management systems, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective digital content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for the organization’s mission and a commitment to leveraging digital channels to drive impact.
